Head Unit / Remote Start

Hey guys. Happy New Year! I just took my car in for some warranty repair and when I got my car back, the Head unit was no longer working. CD's won't eject or load. Very odd, because it worked before I brought it in. The remote start receiver was replaced so I figured that it was part of the head unit since that stopped working. But the dealership said that remote start is seperate from the headunit and that it was a coincidence. What do you make of this?

Ok thanks. Just wanted to make sure. Cuz it worked the day before I brought it in! I wouldn't have put it past GM to put something like the remote receiver in the head unit.

To me theres no such things as coincidence for all you know they had a newb working on it or they disconnected the battery and arced the cables so much it did something funky you never know anything could of happened but IMO not a coincidence they did something :X

Thank god GM doesn't do what Honda does and puts the keyless reciever in the headunit. My wife's old Civic had that, world biggest pain in the **** to hide that headunit in the dash.
