Made it in.
Almost got a 02 CETA vert, but wound up with something else. This is a little more practicle and the last GP and V8 car that Pontiac will make, so why not grab one eh?

Ummm, heard of the G8? It's a V8 and sold as a Pontiac. (Production is supposed to be coming to a GM Canada plant by 2010, so technically won't be a Holden then.)

Good choice on the purchase! Personally I think the G8 will do well. It could look better (I wouldn't buy one), but V8 RWD for under 30k and good build quality?? C'mon thats a bargain, especially when you consider how much anything with an SRT-8 badge costs fully loaded.

RWD V8's, similar body, style close, enough. At least put different rims on it cmon. G8 has more bells and whistles. To think those that didnt buy the GTO will buy the G8 because of slight nuances is risky. Approaching 4 dollars a gallon for gas could be a factor too.

4 doors, quad exhaust, bigger front grille, more angled. Those ARE different wheels, the tail lights don't look like an Eclipse any more, and the G8 is more of a family-sedan with a touch of muscle. The GTO was more of a boring sedan with two doors chopped off an an LS block thrown in.
