I agree if you want a kick-*** rear-drive muscle car, the one the second generation (LS2 powered) GTO should have been. I also think you could mod it to make more than its advertised 402 hp.

IF I got one, it would be a second year production model. First year runs make me a little nervous.
I am still having a hard time with the look of the G8 though. There is a red one and a black one near me and I just don't care for it. I saw the orange one at the stealership this weekend and it is just hideous.
Who know's though. Maybe it will grow on me in the next couple of years.

Depends does it snow where you live. I had a 03 mach 1 mustang was the worst thing ever in the winter even with all season tires. If your looking for that rear wheel power get an 05 gto ls-2 is a way better motor than the mustang and a hell of alot faster.
