Intake fart noise

Default Intake fart noise
I installed a intake on my gxp and have noticed when I shut the car off the intake makes a fart noise is this common with intakes???

It seems to Exhale a bit. If that's the case.... I'm going to say yes. My Honda that I use for work does it.

its not very attractive...though some might refer to it as another kind of sound......use your imagination...

The popping noise from the intake is the throttle body reseting itself back to 0. All GM electronic throttle bodys do it

Completely normal after the intake install. Mine "burps"...

When you shut off the engine, you don't hear a "clunk" that sounds like a burp? I've got a vid of it...lemme dig it up! EDIT: Nope, nothing while turning off the engine...thought I did.

yeah, I paid more attention to it this weekend, and yes - mine does make a pop noise as well....
