dead 08 impala I've seen some posts on this already when I was thinking about buying a v8 impy ss to replace my 04 ss. Well, bought an 08' LT with the 3.9 v6 for the wife instead. I got the hawk. Dead battery this morning, only has 6000 miles. She went to start it, nothing. We couldn't get the key out either. Not aware of that problem before. Hooked it up to the winter beater for a jump, couple minutes later, good to go. I hooked up a volt meter prior tho the jump, showed only 4.5 volts. I'll head over to the dealer later to bitch. She's off to work in a huff, like it's my fault. Are the 08's having the same problems as the 07's and 06's ? Hopefully a new battery like previous fixes on here, will be it. Just wanted to throw this out there.
