The track is 1/8 mile
my best time was a 9.3 something dont have the slip on this one it flew out the window on the way home
I ran a 9.4920, 60ft was 2.2018, at 75mph
If this car would hook up it would be in the eights easy I did not think I would ever get traction

I beat pretty much every mustang I raced , I also beat a Charger srt8, DAMN I thought my car was big that thing is huge

The car is all stock accept for flowmasters
Is this a good time for a stock GXP

You'll be faster if you roll into the throttle. You should be able to get the 60 down closer to 2.0 on street tires/

Try launching with less throttle - load up the torque converter to about 2000 rpm; when the light turns green slowly increase throttle pressure - should take you about 2 seconds to get to full throttle. Anything quicker and you just smoke the tires and end up going slower.

A better launch will get you much closer to an 8.

What do stock SS's and GXP's usually run in the 1/8 mile?

The last time I was at the track my best 1/8th mile time was 8.99 @ 80.55 mph. That ended up being 13.86 @ 101.1 in the 1/4. The best I did stock was 14.2 at 99ish.
