The ZZP kit has neoprene shims and no springs but cheap (of course). I may send it back (unless someone wants it).

This kit uses metal shims and gives you new dual springs, and the accumulator gasket.
Anyone's opinion?

I have the ZZP kit and I like it. I had an Intense kit in my old car ('99 Monte Z34 with 4t65e non-HD trans) and I also liked it. Hard to compare but you can't go wrong with either one really. They basically accomplish the same thing using different parts. Intense has a bad rep, mostly because of their LSD's that caused so many problems, but their shift kits have been around for a long time and I never heard anything bad about them (and there are TONS of cars that have them). However, I still trust ZZP more because of my past experiences and they seem to stand by their products better.

I have the ZZP kit and love it. $30 well spent. Also do a search on here, I remember reading that the shift kits with the metal spacers shave away at the rods they ride on. The plastic ones don't. I would go with ZZP kit and with the money you save you can spend it on more mods.
