That is at least 12 to 15K in repairs. I would start de-modding at any time now... I got in a crash where someone rear-ended me doing 40mph while I was stopped and that went for a totalled car. My airbags didn't deploy either. Your car looks way worse than mine did. At the time I had a 2001 GT and the crash happened in Oct of 06. Good luck...

There is no fixing that short of torching off the back end and welding on one from another, and even if you were to get that right, I'm sure the rest of the chassis was shocked...OOh you had white interior!!!
For what it's worth... I went to school for Paralegal studies not too long ago and I would say if you have any sort of pain to seek a doctor. Have them bill any visits to the other guy's insurance company if he had insurance. I would then seek some legal council for ANY injuries sustained and any time out of work. I imagine you have some since he was doing 30mph more than the guy that hit me and we had some due to the accident. This is why I now have a GXP. I hope you are ok?... Good luck.

most insurance companys are good about giving you the max value for the car. If your upside down by 2 or so grand and you don't have gap coverage your probably going to have to finish off paying the car and go without it. i'm guessing between 16 and 20k dont feel like going to the site and looking it but the best place to find value is www.edmunds.com/tmv/used
