rotor size

Just wondering what size rotors my car has front/rear. Do I have the 12.7" fronts and 11.9" rears like the GXPs, or the smaller ones?

Should be the same. I think the only one with beefier breaks is the Monte Carlo SS, and it has 13" upfront.

no, gxp's are bigger, I just put new rotars on and they measured 13'', mcss,impalas are smaller, plus the gxp's come with bigger calipers and cross drilled rotars stock

Just wondering because I'm considering getting the 13" (12.7") front brake kit and 12" (11.9") rear kit from the W-body store but wasn't sure if I had this size. So I'm guessing my car has 11.9" front/10.9" rear. Maybe I'll get off my lazy *** and go measure them to be sure.

Yes, you have the 12" fronts and 11" rears. The GXP got the bigger brakes. AFAIK, you'd be the first to do the brake upgrade...so keep us posted on how well it works out for you.

Will do! Not something that I'm gonna be doing anytime soon but hopefully in the next few months or so.
