I just like how they have such a problem with us yet they can't stay out of the ONE ******* section we have on this entire site. We never claim to have some hardcore performance vehicle, we have daily drivers that just happen to be pretty quick and capable of hittin 11's with the turbo, not bad to me.

It's like if you don't drive an f-body you're useless. I could have bought 3 f-bodies for what my car cost, I didn't want one. I'd like to see that thread where someone claimed to beat a new GTR with a stock LS1. While there may be some questionable kill stories in our section, none of them are impossible with an inferior driver behind the wheel of the other car. However you'd have to be retarded and paralyzed from the waist down to lose a race against a stock LS1 in a GTR.

Yea, I like f-bodies and all, but I wanted a NEW car that had 4 doors. I was looking for a good DD not something to really mod much. The Imp fit that bill and still has some fun waiting at the push of the pedal. If I could afford to have a second "fun" car right now then sure I'd like to pick up a Firehawk or somethin, but it's not practical for me to have a vehicle like that for my primary vehicle. Really don't know why they feel the need to continually come in and hate. It's like you have to check a box that says you're a douchebag in order to be allowed to purchase an f-body.

I actually met a guy once with a 10 sec. Z28 who actually had respect for he SS and said he was impressed with how it ran for what the car is. Only remotely negative comment he had was "wow, funny seeing an LSx in there sideways." So atleast they're not all douchebags.

 

This "minivan" will ******* eat your POS little gay car.... It can do it stock for stock (of course) and this one is not entirely stock.....

Congrats you own a 13 second grocery getter. Also cost you 38+k vs our 28k cars. We also get 26+mpg highway and I know for a fact the magnums are terrible at mpgs. I used to own a sxt and had 22's on it, I would get 15mpg freeway going 70-75. If you want to talk about real sports cars, then don't use your magnum as a reference. You have 425 bhp and only go 13.5 1/4. Your car is a pig and is far from a sports car. This is getting sad when a 22 year old guy is arguing about cars on the internet. Especially when you are most likely 35+.

sad sad sad my dad has a srt mag stock for stock him 13.65 me 13.97 weight kills those cars and the thing is now if we raced id most likely outrun him since he hasnt modded it yet

Also the fact is these are our daily drivers. MPG does matter to most of us. The reason why my 22's (of course were black) made my mpgs so bad is because i only got 19 mpg freeway already. The magnums are heavy *** cars.
