I think right now I pay close to $3,400 a year for my insurance, only the GXP. I think with the GTO it would jump to $3,600+. And they only wanted to give me $15k on trade in for the GXP and they wouldn't budge from their price on the GTO. So looks like I'll be keeping my GXP for a good while to come. Time to stick with a car for a while now anyways, I seem to get tired of them every 6 months lol. So I'll be ordering my hogan catless downpipe soon along with installing the cutout I have, k&n, and some tint.

I pay $3,400 a year with 4 cars on my policy and full tort. The only reason why I pay that much is because my '05 Chrysler Crossfire. I can't seem to get a cheaper rate for that car. You have to shop around.

Yeah, I've shopped around quite a bit. The issue is I'm only 20 and my record isn't the best, I think even having taken traffic school 3-4 times I still have a speeding ticket, rolling stop, accident, and a couple other smaller issues on record. The name of the game now is just waiting til my age increases and the violations come off record....and driving like a granny.

well i just traded an 04 pbm gto m6 with 45,000 miles on a 06 lazer blue monte carlo ss with 13,000 miles. the monte is so far the best car i've driven, it is just as fast as the goat if not faster and lot more interior room. the monte looks 100x better too. IMO, the 04 gto has a very sluggish feeling at acceleration, and "feeling" is the key word as it is alot faster than than it feels. launching the car of the line I think will be just as hard the monte. i don't miss it but it ranks number 3 of the best cars so far right below my 1996 caprice ls lt1. i wouldn't trade the gxp on an 04 gto.
