Well Lew, when you think about it, to get more power we are going to need to go cam or forced induction.... I think NA is more fun and with the FWD chassis all that power from the turbo is going to be hard to keep on the ground. I love this pursuit of a cam that will still work with DOD!

You guys and your highway driving, I wish!
Well this cam adds hp and mpgs while still allowing the DOD to be active, in my book that is a triple win... Interested to see if the down low power will come back.

Well hopefully the rods will be here today and i can chuck them in tonight and give my synopsis. If i find this cam is too weak in mid range it may need a stall converter that allows less of a shift extension but doesnt trade off too much lost hp due to slippage of the converter @ WOT

Still havent got my pushrods yet... But i was out tinkering with the tune tonight aand even with the loose valvetrain the son of a bitch really is starting to haul ***!! Delivered tq is up 25-30 lbs all accross the board peaking around 370 at like 5kish and keeps as low as 330 yet all the way to 6500. Its goofy how hard it actually pulls now about 5K to 6500, it really torque steers bad in 1-3 gears, worst being 1st of course. It sounds totally diff at WOT too. Cant wait to see how it feels with the right pushrods yet. So far im pretty happy. Ive got 1-2 and 2-3 riniging out to 6500 rpms for the shifts.
Playing with timing in the mid rpms range seems to have fixed the softeness after the 1-2, at least restoring to how it was before anyway.

i took a sound clip, but u can hear the clatter in the background haha, so insteado scaring some people with that ill get it 100% done then post.
It sounds a little louder at idle and slightly lumpier, but to the untrained ear, it would be no diff sounding than stock.

The duration degrees is what matters most for making power. The more duration, the longer that valve stays open either letting more charge in or letting more exhaust gasses out. The lift more or less facilitates how quickly all this happens during that event.
LSA is lobe seperation angle, commonly called overlap. The lower the number, the more overlap. This will usually dictate where the power comes on at too in the RPM band.

Lol you can tell the story then!
Pushrods are in, noise is about 50% better, about the same as it was before the cam. Its always made some noise since putting the roller rockers on.
Sum bitch runs good though! Worked on the tuneup tonight and finished it. Makes 350-360 ft lbs from 2800 to 5600, then drops to 300ft/lbs by 6500 according to delivered torque. Its so fun to drive in mid range and is really edgey.
So with 2" less tire height helping they dog **** gear ratio and the traction of the slicks, Im hoping it will run decent!
