take a picture please if you can. this unit welds in place across the bottom of the car at 2 points. can you tell from the pictures i posted or not?

yes this is a weld in system. This item is also ALL BLACK
THERE ARE NO MISSING PIECES/PARTS. this unit comes ready to go, however it is WELD IN setup.
