WTT: Built Iron LS1 408 for Built LS2
I've got an LME 408 setup as follows:
408 Iron Balanced blue printed and assembled short block.
Eagle 4.0 forged crankshaft
Callies 6.125" H beam rods w/ ARP 2000 7/16" bolts
Wiseco 4.030" forged pistons -32cc dish
C&A dura moly rings
Federal Mogul 152M main bearings
Clevite cb663 H rod bearings
Dura Bond cam bearings
ARP main studs
Cam Motion 236/232 dur. @.50" .588/.574 114LSA 110ICL
Roll master double roller timing set w/ torington bearing & nitrided gears.
Crane Hyd. Roller Lifters LS1 #10530-16
LS1 head stud kit
LS1 Oil Pump ported & shimmed
Looking for an LS2 w/ forged -18 to -22cc pistons and comparable everything else. Motor has excellent oil pressure but have started to see a little more blowby lately so it's being pulled. I have no problem keeping the setup, raising the compression and getting it re-honed but optimally would be better with aluminum since I don't plan on going beyond what that block could handle.
If you've got a good LS2, forged w/ stock crank, that would work too.
If interested, please PM and update the thread
