Far as I know, its new. I bought a brand new LS6 longblock less than a month ago and this cam is currently in it.

With your current setup + a mild cam, they would be nasty.

how long ago did you buy? im assuming you bought them new from tsp? are they the .650 or .660 springs?

edit. what CC are they from tsp? i just saw you had them milled down to 59cc. curious if that will work with out flycutting.

the heads are about 5 months old. the car made it 400 miles before totaled. the heads were ordered from tsp at 59cc

 

Yes, heads were purchased brand new from TSP before the current price drop. They do have the PRC Dual Springs rated at .650 lift. I paid $1199+shipping. PTV clearance would depend on your cam if you still have stock pistons. Call TSP and tell them your setup beforehand. They helped me out putting this setup together.
