i would post a pic but i am currently in iraq. sorry. its a machined lip on the wheel instead of being fully polished. u can feel the little tiny grooves in it. i havent found anything that will get the polish back out of them. it sucks!

After seeing all these pictures I finnaly ordered. I've been using Mothers Aluminum polish for a while now but needed something stronger. My wheels never seem to get as polished as I'd like. Before and after shots coming as soon as I get the stuff!

So my TTII's are starting to get a bit dirty and I started shopping online for the lowest cost Mother's products (powerball & polish.) Just before I hit the "purchase" button on Amazon, I thought I'd check LS1Tech to see if anyone had any better places to buy.

After searching, I came across Blingmaster, saw the photos - and just placed an order for the 8 oz polish, Flitz aluminum pre-spray, and Flitz 5" buff ball. Can't wait for the stuff to come! Are the free MF towels still coming with the orders?

Hey Joe,

I've checked out your site in the past and it got my attention again with this polish. We own/run a Tunnel Carwash and Detail Shop. Where always trying to find better/cheaper products. Do you have a way to contact you? Email?

Most likely your wheels will have a clear coat on them.

If the clearcoat is good, you would be better off with a wheel polish that is clearcoat safe. Or you can remove the clearcoat completely.

I bet it would work real good on TT2's. As far as I know TT2's don't have any clear coating on them.

Finnaly have some photos to share. When I polished the wheels it was a cloudy day so it was hard to get a shot they showed much of anything. My TT2's are always washed after it rains so I do not let them get dirty and pitted. They do get a polish once a month though as the car is daily driven.

Spent about an hour doing all 4. I am a happy customer its a great product! On my wheels I have sanded out curb rash, wet sanded them, buffed, then polished them so this fits in as one of the final steps if I ever need to again.

Before

After

I also did the valve covers on my 302, everything else under the hood is chrome so I didn't touch those. I'll have pictures of the centerline wheels soon have to take them.. it made a HUGE difference on those.

I received my order today and tried the blingmasters on my front draglites.
Passenger wheel clean

Passenger wheel polished by hand it still needs some work but this is a lot better than before. The wheel had water spots and was pitted.

I still got to remove the wheels to get around the lug nuts but I'm extremely pleased with the results so far. Thanks Joe!
