I'm going thru the exact same build myself right now. You are going to have to use an F body m6 99 - 02 harness and pcm,pedals, shifter and slave cylinder to make it work.Non of the accessoroes will work, use the f body accessories. Also be advised you're going to have to have cam sensors and knock sensor extensions as well as swapping over f body ls1 motor mounts, front cover,water pump, and a few other things here and there. Lastly you'll probably need to buy a reluctor wheel adaptor kit (see ls2 conversion) so your pcm can read the 58x instead of 24x. Sounds like a lot of work but it's really not that bad.
