SOLD
Due to recent F1A and EPP FMIC assembly upgrades; I now have a 8 rib D1SC and semi-complete LSX Fbody Kit available for $3000, (shipped to Continental US/APO/FPO address).
The kit includes the following items:
Procharger D1SC ~20K miles
2 Supercharger pulleys - 3.4" and 3.7"
Crank pulley 7.625"
Aluminum J Bracket with mounting hardware
Twin 3.5" Intercoolers
All plumbing, hoses, and clamps from supercharger to throttle body (includes the regular ATI Bypass valve assembly)
Polished Aluminum Plenum w/ IAT sensor
Set of 42 lb Injectors (Green Top FMC) ~10K miles
2 Belts - 41" and 41.5"
2 - 6 oz bottles of ATI Supercharger oil
Procharger Installation Manual
Parts not included to make a complete kit:
ATI Radiator Fan Shroud
Air intake Filter and Supercharger Hat
ATI Radiator Support Cover
Horn, Air pump, and Cruise control relocation brackets
Driver and Passenger side Splash shields
ATI SuperDampner
I would prefer to sell this together as a kit, however I will consider selling the following parts separately:
- D1SC w/bracket, oil, pulleys, and belts
- Intercoolers w/plenum, hoses, clamps, and bypass valve assembly
- Injectors
Pics attached. Please PM or call me at 520-398-2452 for any questions.
Thanx,
Frank

Airforcemanss,
Sorry about the ATI Super Dampner, but I can't part with mine thats in use
Summit Racing is a good source for them.
Here's some answers to your questions:
is the bypass valve the procharger red race valve? The bypass included is not the ATI Race valve.
what psi are those pulleys rated at? On my stock internal 346 with headers, I would see about 8.5-9 psi with the 3.7" pulley @ 6100 rpms. I didn't use the 3.4" pulley with the stock 346, but if I were to guess I'd say 11-12 psi @ 6000 rpm.
im unfamiliar with those relocation brackets. i don't have cruise control but i do want to keep ac and the horn do you know where i can find info about them or what they look like? The good news is the A/C system is not altered for the Procharger kit. However, the horns must be mounted to an ATI bracket, which raises their location to provide clearance for the passenger side intercooler. The stock radiator fan assembly is replaced by a single fan in the ATI kit, because the left fan interferes with the supercharger and air intake hat. The radiator support cover will replace the factory airbox and mount the ATI air plenum. Bob @ EPP is a great person to deal with and can supply these brackets. Pics from the ATI manual are attached.
Hope this helps...
