Bought this bout 8 months ago. Its in perfect condition. Wanting 60 Shipped. PM me for details. Please excuse the large poor quality cell phone pic. I believe i popped for the chromoly version, but i honestly can't remember. Its powdercoated black. Thanks for looking!!

the only hardware is two washers...It uses the nuts from the struts already on your car
