Im interested in the 228R cam, what was the dyno motor setup and pull specs with it?
BTW, Im planning for my first cam swap. Staying with stock heads for now, what push rods, springs and retainers do you recommend with the 228?

I need a good turbo cam but also have been awaiting some response on having you guys set me up with a 408. It would be great to be able to pick it all up from you! springs, pushrods, retainers, rockers etc.
