Paypal takes 30 days to process everything. We should know whats up in another 2 weeks or so.

No. They told me already in an email that while they ruled in my favor.... they could not recover any funds from the guy. Sucks huh?

I didnt even think about that. I haven't gotten anything back... so i guess so. They told me to take it up with my bank, and then that would make them "work harder" if I ended up getting money back from my bank, so that in turn they would get their money back.
