Need cheap 17 x 10.5-11 wheels

You really need a 17X9 for the 26X11.5X17 MT ET Street Radials....the optimum rim size is 9 inch (plus or minus one inch). I was told 11's COULD work, but not as well as 9 inch. I have 17 X11's and will give it a try, but the 17X9 will be the best. Should be able to find some F-body or Vette wheels in 17X9 really easy and really cheaply.

17 X 9.5 would be preferable. 11 in is just too wide for optimum contact patch...it stretches the tire too much and doesn't allow for as much sidewall flex. i will unfortunately probably be doing this on my own car, but if your going to start with different rims, then get the 17 X 9 (or 9.5).
