Stock seats and belts with the bottom buckets weigh 29.0 lbs. so figure 12-13 lbs for your seats you still lose 16 lbs. I would personally save another 100 bucks and buy new carpet after removing the seats. You could just cut out all the tabs and brackets and not have to have tge deletes in there.

It's a good idea msfyter, I think others would prefer if you could find automotive carpet. Look to www.partsexpress.com for more options in carpet as they are cheap and look nice. Just a suggestion.

yeah, it is getting unbearable in some forums. those of us that have been here awhile need to get together and talk to the moderators and admins about the subject. but i don't want to hijack this guy's thread, these look really good, and i am prolly going to pick up a set, as well as one of your tb cyphur_traq. let me know on what you can do for me, my car is in storage do to winter so i can ship you mine as a core for others. pm me and we can set something up. to the top for you msfyter!

ok, all good. im sorry man. it just sounded like u were another "high horse" preachin to me. i made a mistake...but i didnt see why u had to jump in and turn the thread. u could have just let the seller answer me. no problem.....dont wanna have any hard feelings with anyone on here cuz i love this site. sorry to all that me and PRAY HRD took up the majority of this thread with b/s. good luck selling these...they look killer!!

and to u mdblackz28, what does you're "assumption" that i dont know **** have to do with anything? we're talking about me reading over part of the thread on accident, and getting bashed by PRAY HRD. so because i made a mistake, im automatically in the "dont know **** category??" does this mean "u" know it all and have nothing more to learn? what we're talking about here is common courtesy. a simple "check the thread again" would have been fine. and if i remember correctly, PRAY HRD started this thing. anyway, im just tryin to clear the air here. some may not know as much as u do, but that gives u no right to treat them with less respect.

The35thZ......

ok, not to open up a new can of worms after i just got a pm from you appologizing, but i want to be sure all are clear who have not read this entire post. i chimed in in defense for another member who's head you bit off when they made a non-rude "comment/suggestion" to you. you've got over 300 posts and know how things work here. the suggestion was that you read the post so they were not a waste of someones time, or to waste their time any further by answering the same question over and over again. imagine if we all did this.

as far as mdblackz28 is concerned, i can't blame him for his comments. i've seen more and more guys on here lately acting like ***' and that's not the way it use to be. this is an open, community forum, and most love this site as you stated yourself in the pm you sent. i meant what i said, that i didn't mean to offend you, and hope this can end here with no hard feelings.

so once and for all, and for all to see........i'm sorry, and i NEVER "bashed" you.

sorry to all who had to read over these interferances by us, especially msfyter.

Sincerely,
Dave

PMed you back 35th. i am not saying i know all, i am just sticking up for another user, prayhrd. although he is a friend, i would have stuck up for him even if he wasn't. like he said, this site is not for bashing, but for TECHnical information. as you can see in my sig. i am an administrator and moderator on chicagostreetracing.net, and i know when it is crossing the line. those of us that have been here awhile are just trying to get everyone in line so the site can be better off. i don't know of any other sites that have so many users that interact with thousands of posts daily and is still a successful run operation. this is due to the fact that everyone follws the rules and guidlines set forth a head of time. please just be more attentative next time when posting. thanks you all, and enjoy what is left of the weekend.

I think they look pretty sharp. Matching auto carpet is definitely a big challenge, but as for the concept and fabrication of these things... If I didn't want my car to look 100% stock, I'd buy some. Good luck to you.
