yep its the american thunder complete system with chrome tips, and I have polished tips from my old flowmaster off my 98, Ill throw in if you want.

Interested in your nitrous kit. Does it come with blow-down tube? How about a window-switch and all of the wiring needed to fit it to a Z06? Basically, is it all there?
