It really depends on how you want your set up, you can go mild (small cam, cats, muffler 420rwhp) or all out (kooks or qtp 1 7/8" headers 3" off road y pipe into dual or single cut outs, lid and ftra, MAF, pulley, ported tb/LS6 manifold or run the LSX 90mm TB and manifold you could make 450+rwhp)
They have about 2,500-3,000 miles so they are in great shape plus I had a machine shop around the corner check them out
