FS Manley Nextek Valve Springs Manley 221423-16 valve springs good to .575 lift, include titanium retainers, new valve seals and hardened seats.
These were on my car for about 1000 miles when i decided to switch to dual springs. They do come with new valve seals, i had an extra set and will send them with the springs.
