98-99,yes they will work with factory y pipe, im in oklahoma

 

wish they would work on a 2001

 

well technically they will bolt up on the motor, and if memory serves the y pipe on the passenger will fit , but the angle of y pipe on the drivers side would have the be changed a lil to get them to work, nothing an exhaust shop couldnt do..
