To abbreviate 2002, its '02.

02" = 2 inches

I was reffering to the fact that he asked if it was a new master cylinder. You keep calling it a master. These days, you have to ask a zillion questions because someone could just say new master and sell you a Sega Master System and you'd be screwed cuz they said master.

Just poking some fun, but in my line of work alot of people just wont say what they mean, and guessing what they mean usually ends up costing me time and money, so its a bit of a pet peeve.
