55K miles . could use rings. Comes with oil pan ,oil pickup, front and rear covers, valley cover, intake , lifter guides, lifters with 5K miles and stock pulley. $375usd!!!!! and for another $50 I'll throw in a brand new set of ARP pro series rod bolts still in the package.
