Its a 2004 Raptor 350,I live around Tampa. It has HFM exhaust,extended axles,Powercoated rims,smaller gear. The thing looks Brand new! It has maybe 50 hours of use.

Do you have anypics of the kit?? Is everything there? I was on the STS website and says you need to send the PCM to be tuned,is yours tuned. At what PSI did you have it set at and whatelse do I need.

 

I dont have any pics of the kit because I dont have a digital camera. Yes the car would need to be tuned. When I had the kit on my car is was tuned but not tuned GOOD. There is a huge difference! I had the car on 5psi and the kit comes with everything for 5psi and more!

 

I would be very inerested in this kit it sounds like what I need, what kind of boost was this setup producing?Any other neccesary mods for install?

 

So does the kit come with the basic and upgraded turbine or did you put a 5psi pulley on the upgraded turbine?

 

jbusmc1986--The kit is set for 5psi. All that you would need to up the boost would be a boost controller & meth or intercooler. As long as you have the fuel/meth to support the boost and the motor is upgraded then you could produce up to 800 hp with this turbo EFFICIENTLY. On the basic turbo it is only good till about 8psi or about 500 hp. You can install the kit with a jack and four jack stands, some friends and the usual tools!!! It took me about 15 hours to install. About 8 hours working the other 7 was bull shi**ing.

DrChuck23-- The whole turbo is bigger! it has a .96 air outlet and .67 inlet. It has a 5psi sping in the wastegate. No pully is needed that is for a supercharger only.

 

Bump up
