FS: HPP3 for 97-98 LS1

I have an unlocked HPP3 for 97/98 LS1s. It is the new unit which allows you to view and clear DTCs (diagnostic trouble codes). The new unit also programs the whole computer in less than 3 minutes where the old ones for the 98s took 34 minutes (painful). I have HP Tuners so I no longer need the HPP3. I will sell it for $150 shipped.

I'm not very famaliar with the HPP3 what kind of mods can be achieved with this program is it kind of like Hypertech? Very interested will pay what you want if it is what I need.
