Yank 3000/2.0 STR Converter $150 Yank 3000/2.0 STR Converter with slipping lock-up clutch, $150 plus shipping.
I have had this converter for over three years and love it - it has the perfect combination of daily driveability and performance. However, the lock-up clutch has started to slip under power (otherwise it works perfectly) so I am getting a new one.
I was going to have it rebuilt by Yank but I can't have my car down for that long and, anyway, this is a discontinued model so they are not sure if they would have the right parts (clutch).
I don't know if anyone would have a use for a good converter without lock-up but I thought I would give it a try - it originally cost $750 plus shipping.
