Ill find out for sure. If it is I will see about getting it unlocked or redone for anyone elses. http://www.carputing.com/ When you look at the 96/97 order form, it doesn't ask for a vin- so I don't think it is locked to MY vin, just to ONE vin.

That is a very good price. OBD-II does NOT lock to a vehical until you up load a file. this mean put a file into a PCM. At that point it will want you to verify you want to lock it to a PCM ![Winky](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_wink.gif)
