i also filed a claim on him the 2nd, and i started a thread in the buyer/seller feedback only to be flamed by the mods so i deleted it. but this guy is a scammer. notice he hasnt replied to this thread since i made my first post. wish i would have found this sooner.

This guy is an ******* if what you guys say is true.I sell things on this board and i try hard to keep my trader rating good.PS. i have a SLP loudmoth with 3.5 in. tip for sale 200$ pm me if interested.

well there has been plenty of time allowed now. and being we both have payed for the same exhaust and both got screwed it would be a good idea for another post. atleast everyone will know he is a scammer!!!!!!!!

call ur bank, they can do a "chargeback" to Paypal, paypal is the one that tookyour money, it was then sent to this dick.....so chargeback paypal and let them worry about getting the money from that guy!!! I have done this a couple of times before from ebay purchases I got ripped on(well they tried anyways!!!!)

I haven't heard from this guy either. I too launched complaint with Paypal.
As far as previous complaints I did a search in the feedback forum and found nothing. So there was no obvious reason to be suspicious, Then again it may have been when the search was broken.
