is that shifter a stock "short throw" that's offered on some of the cars?

 

hey, can you check on that short throw shifter to see if there is a part number? if so, is it: 391-5061
if it is, thats the one i'm looking for and i'm definitely interested.

also, that black rubber grommet, is it supposed to be sitting up that high? or is it torn or something? its hard to tell from the pics.

sgt - No, this is the aftermarket Billet shifter, not the Hurst that comes in the SS and Firehawk.

Brundle - I'll check the numbers tonight, the grommet is not ripped, not sure how far down its supposed to sit.

The guy I bought it from took it off an LS1 F-body. It has the 6-speed ball, not sure what else to tell ya.
