Bank check was confirmed received on April 13th.........
Kit was supposed to be shipped by April 19th........
As of May 1st, no kit......... no money........... no further contact..............

I wanted to buy the FMIC and piping from him but he never got back. said he would send pics to my email and never did. Hope things turn out ok for you. I dont know if admins step in at this point or you report it in another section, but definately consider authorities soon. I hate seeing people get screwed.

He does get work done at PSI. I think his car is probrably there. I think the ryan is the name of the owner of PSI. Alson the above said seller is on EFA.

Cool, thanks guys. I doubt he's trying to screw me (we are supposed to be able to TRUST cops, right? LOL) or he wouldn't have confirmed that he received the money. I just don't like the complete absence of contact when parts weren't shipped when they were supposed to.
If any of you guys know him, please tell him to check his PMs on here and write me or give me a call. I'll follow up with PSI also.

contact This pisses me off. I want to sell my kit in about 2 months and
people like this make bad faith for the rest of us.
I allways kept contact with people when i sold them items.
especially for a 3,000 plus item there should be contact made all the time.

I'm in no way affiliated with this, and I don't want to belittle anyone..... but i would not give this guy the benefit of the doubt! There is no reason that he hasn't contacted you yet, ESPECIALLY on such an expensive item. I would give the guy one final call. If he doesn't respond, I wouldnt hesitate to post his info on the forum (if that is within rules) and hope that someone knows him.
Not long afterwards, I would be contacting his local PD. No questions. Make sure you have all your records, receipts, emails.
I can guarantee he will give you a guilt trip (sick family member, death in family, etc) if he ever does contact you back.
I used to frequent a forum not too long ago. One very well known and respected long time member sold a bunch of his stuff, never shipped it out, and disappeared. The total was probably near $10,000. For this reason, i say NO to sitting back and waiting

I'm here guys......I havent logged in for awhile. My grandfather died recently and have been going through all that 89Formula, I will send whats off the car (piping, turbo, etc.) I still have to get the electrical and oiling stuff off the car (as per our latest conversation), and my mechanic/tuner is getting a car ready for the pump gas drags in tennessee. I am by no means trying to drag my feet, but I am sorry for no contact and definately understand how you feel. Like I said, I will send you everything but the oil and electrical on monday, or if you can wait a few more days, send it all. Sorry again. Rest assured that you are NOT being ripped off here, because $3000 is enough to go looking for someone over.

I cant personally vouche for kjmdrumz3 but I have kept up with his STS threads and the good words from others about him. I think it should go over fine. These rear mounts are really starting to run good times. Lookin forward to gettin one thrown in my T/A soon too! GL on the sale
