210/218 truck cam, manley springs, stock 5.3 heads 210/218 .535 114 truck cam. This cam had awesome low end, street manners, and all around was a perfect small cam! I just upgraded to a bigger version. You will more than likely need idle tuning(mine did). A 2600 stall is a nice combo for this also!
This cam only has about 1200-1500miles on it and its not even a year old! I have the cam card and etc..But the cam looks the same as it did when i got it about 9months ago

Set of 16 Manley Nexteks here. Part number is 221423-16. I bought these and didnt realize I needed the retainers to work with them. So im stuck with a set of springs I cant use. They hold .575 lift also. I ordered some 918's since I dont want new retainers.

the truck cam is the VHP model.. Vinci Hi Performance which is made by crane cams.. as far as advance im not sure, its there basic off the shelf cam
