They are painted as the auction states and unknown miles. They are just pieces of pipe so mileage doesn't really matter.
As for the shipping, it is going to be $50-75 due to the size according to the fedex website for nearly anywhere in the USA. Since the Y pipe is so long it gets an oversize charge. If you know of a better way to ship, i'm all ears and would entertain a better offer, otherwise I'll just keep them for the next car.
