what type of valve springs are on the heads? Also do you know how many miles they have on them?

The guy I bought them from said the had under 1000 miles. It was a ndother member on this board. The intake ports look really clean, the exhaust does have carbon, plus the oil I covered them with.
The springs are what MTI uses, I dont know what brand though.

It doesnt say which brand they use, but Im sure they are a quality spring.

Yes, and they worked great. The handling was waayy better than the stock springs now.

Honestly I think the ride was almost the same as stock. I liked it better, it just seemed way more sure footed even at low speds. Wasnt jarring or too bumpy, I just needed more ground clearance with the SLP's.
