Default WTT: 1200 Watt JL W7 Sub and PPI Amp for....

I have a JL 10W7 in perfect condition and the Precision Power PC1800 amp that I used to power it that I would like to trade. Both worked great, made 130 db in my Lightning right before I traded my truck for the Trans Am. I have decided that I want to go with something smaller in the car and would rather have performance parts right now anyways
The W7 sold for over $400 new and they sell used on ebay for around $250, and I paid over $800 for the amp new, I figure it's worth $350-$400.

Things I need:
(Just starting out so pretty much everything)
LS6 Intake
Headers and y-pipe
Stall

I can throw in some cash to make a deal work, or I would always accept cash to make a deal also. I'm just trying to get going

If someone was interested I could build a custom box so it would be all ready to go in the car if the trade was right.
