Is that a nick on two of the exhaust turbine blades I see? Left side.... Also looks like someone took a file to it or something.

I assume it is where they balanced it. You can see where they took some material off of one side of the center.

I have never seen someone balance a turbo that way.... weird

Looks like that would cause hot spots and cause a crack or something.

May want to call Inovative and ask them before you sell just to clear it up

i've got that same turbo going on my truck. the bolt on mine is notched or chipped, not the blade itself. but here's a bump for ya anyway.

You can see exactly what they did with it in your hand. The picture really looks deceiving. It is not a chip . When they balanced the shaft they were removing material from that side. I have 100% faith in it.

Dude, that's exactly how my precision unit was setup... That's just how they do it. Excellent looking turbo, wouldn't mind having it myself.
