Default Shipping N2O bottle

I know this is the parts for sale dept. but i know some of you guys here have shipped n2o bottles and know what to do. I just went to fed ex and ups and both told me that i had to have a hazardous liscense to ship a bottle.

i've shipped bottles before, if it's empty its not a problem.

same here. I even told them exactly what it was and that it was empty. They said okay, made a few checks and shipped it off.
