LS1 partout-heads, cam, manifolds, block Alright, I threw a connecting rod in this motor and will be building a 408.
I am keeping the LS6 intake, starter, alternator, p/s, etc.
But everything else is up for grabs. I am only gauging the interest in parting this out to see if I will get more than if I sell it as a long block or hold on to it to rebuild if I ever sell the car and pull the 408 out.
The motor had 96,000 miles on it and was a daily driven 1998 Z28. It threw a rod because it got an oil leak or burned oil and the gauge didn't register that I was losing oil and after 2,000 miles it was down to a quart-and that pissed off a connecting rod. Since I have to post a price I will add that all prices are OBO so PM me with the piece you want, your best offer, and shipping address.
Again, this is gauging interest and the motor is still in the car. If enough interest is made in the parts I could have the parts out in 1-2 weeks. I have awesome trader feedback on this site.

All motor internals are untouched. Heads are untouched. Stock 1998 LS1 cam. The price is listed as $1million or best offer. So, make me an offer and if it is the best I may take it. The shortblock isn't completely junk. It ran with about 1 quart of oil for a good 100 miles and threw a connecting rod. I haven't taken it apart yet so I am not fully aware of the damage. This is to gauge interest on what parts people on here want before I attempt local or ebay sales. All prices are OBO. I have to post a price per forum rules so I put 1 million so people will assume that they just need to make an offer. PM me with other questions.
