How much for the pair of headlights, are they hazed, cracked or tabs broken?

I need the turn signal lever (dog chewed)
e-brake handle (button on end + wrapping-- might need whole handle?)
I need the radio bezel if in nice shape
I need the drivers side plastic by the window switches (immediate surrounding of the window+ power DL triangle-- larger piece)
Mats?
Ashtray and coin slot thing?
Shifter boot + retainer?
how is the console pad (armrest)? I could use it with the spring loaded assy.
