I would like more information on the Eaton posi and gears.
Is this an aftermarket unit? I thought our cars came with either Auburn or Zexel units...There could definately be something I don't know though.
You say the gears are GM 3.42s out of an SS, so this must all be for a 7.5" 10-bolt. I am simply looking for a cheap way to change gear ratios without dumping 400-500 into my 10 bolt. I know my rear is the Auburn, and as far as I know, the unit you are selling would swap right in its place.
Am I correct in my thinking?
Also, I might have missed it in the post, but how many miles are on the gears?
