I am pretty sure you are not going to be able to match the paint. You are going to need to repaint the items the same way you would need to with a new part. Even if it was the same color from the factory... that deff doesnt meen it will match when put on a new car.
Anyway you look at it you should get parts from another car repainted, because paints fade at different rates depending on what they are exposed to. I messed up my hood on my daily driver and I need to get the whole damn front end repainted just to make it look right.
I dont think the car was ever silver though. I am taking the front end off now and havent seen silver anywhere.
I do think the car is SOM but because it was out in a field for nearly a year it is pretty faded

I am keeping the shift **** and shifter.
Everything is still for sale mainly because I havent had the time to pull everything off the car yet. I just got the front end off the car and will sell the entire front end conversion for 2000$ firm if the buyer sets up shipping mainly because I dont know how to ship those parts. I will throw in the side skirts off the ws6 in for free.

You can see how much of a difference a damp towel made on the look of the hood. I still havent cleaned any of the other parts but I did dust off one of the rims to show you what they loook like up close as well as showing you how much tread is on the tires still

To everyone asking for smaller parts and single items. Right now I am trying to sell the front end complete as well as the interior. As well as selling items together in packages I am trying to sell things that come in sets (like the springs, shocks, sway bars..) as sets rather than be left with one spring and one sway bar one corner lamp...ect ect. If I have to do that I will but I am not in a rush to sell these parts and I am trying to make some money back.
