Approx 20k miles of use. Good condition.

Timing chain: $20 plus shipping
Cam gear: $20 plus shipping

They came from the 2005 6.0L engine I had in my truck awhile ago. When I rebuilt it to a 408 I installed a double-roller timing set, so I don't need them anymore.

so is the gear ls2 style with the cam sensor half-circle on the face of the gear ? or is it the flat old-style ls1 gear ?

It's the half circle LS2 style. In 05 all of the truck motors got LS2 rods, cam bearings, timing chain, cam gear, etc.
