OK anyone who is thinking of buying this rolling chassis without title DO NOT!!
this car does not belong to him, the bank still owes it, and has full claim on it since he is going to default on his payments.
when the bank comes to repo it and cant find it they may come after the guy who bought it.
this is a very shady thing for Josh to be doing, and as a mod here i am warning everyone.
so unless he sells his chassis with the title you may be charged with receiving stolen property.
