I also don't know where you can get new fully assembled heads with Ti retainers for $2000
These are good heads guys. Cartek is no stranger to LSX engines and knows how to extract the power out of them...

OK, these ARE Cartek heads. Not stockers. Used stock LS1 heads dont make 400+ to the wheel. Look in the discription, these are not a set of heads some home porter f-ed up with a grinding stone. If you dont want them, thats fine. I could care less. I also dont know where you can get a set of LS6 ported heads for $800. Cartek heads make power. These heads make power...

While these are good heads and Cartek charges appropriately for the awesome work that they do, you're going to be hard-pressed to sell a set of ported 853's for $2k. The, how should I put this, "value-minded" members of ls1tech make this an especially tough place to get top dollar for your sales. Trust me, I just sold a set of Patriot heads on corvetteforum with all of the goodies for $800 shipped. The best offer I got here was $700 shipped I think. Just an FYI, Patriot sells CNC'd LS6 heads with dual springs, Ti retainers, and all of the upgrades for around $1200 all day. Good luck with the sale!

It seems like I have seen more fast cars with ported LS1/LS6 head then aftermarket heads...

Bigger is not always better guys. These heads work great with a 346 CI engine, period. Putting the biggest baddest heads on a car does not always equil the bigest powergain. It can often make things worse. Same with cams, over and over again people want the biggest cam out there. Then they get it, runs like ****, has no street manors left and makes no power. This was a dyno tested combo making 425RWHP with Cartek cam and LS6 intake. I thought tese were priced well, considering the heads that replaced these were $2500 Trick Flows and thats not counting the $400 rockers needed for them...
I guess Im open to offers...

As a price guage, you might want to look at TEA's Stage 1.5 pricing. Brand new and fully assembled they go for $1300 with core exchange. I think that if you can get $1k out of these you should be very happy. Best of luck.
You also might want to mention miles on the heads, springs, and chamber size to help potential buyers decide if they'll work for them.
