I have had this seat for about two years now sitting in storage, and I would much rather see it get some use than just sit. It was never installed and never used, it is 16" wide and comes with a brand new light gray cover. It is at my storeage unit so I will give pics to anyone who is serious about a purchase. I'm guessing he is say, " one seat and one gray cover," meaning "both."
